Trilliant to acquire PrimeStone.

Trilliant, an international provider of utility solutions for advanced metering and smart grid systems, agreed to acquire PrimeStone, a privately owned intelligent data collection and analytics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For Trilliant, this acquisition meets the need of many prospects and customers by providing them with even greater data intelligence into their systems.
