Cabot Square Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Blue Motor Finance.

Cabot Square Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Blue Motor Finance, a consumer finance lender. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In these challenging times, we are delighted that Cabot is willing to further invest in our business.
