Heilbron Group, a provider of insurance services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hillewaere Groep, an insurance brokerage firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In Hillewaere, under the leadership of Roel Druyts, we see a company that has the potential to leave a mark on the Belgian insurance and real estate sector.
