CVC Capital Partners, a private equity and investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in personal care business of Shiseido, a Japanese multinational personal care company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to be investing in some of Japan's most trusted brands cultivated over the years by Shiseido.
