Vista Outdoor, an American designer, manufacturer, and marketer of outdoor sports and recreation products, completed its acquisition of Hevi-Shot Ammunition, an ammunition manufacturing company, for $16m. “Our acquisition of Remington is ahead of plan and we expect similar results with our just announced acquisition of Hevi-Shot.
