FLEX Capital, a venture capital fund, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nitrado, a provider of game hosting and server software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The charisma of the Nitrado brand in the gaming community, paired with its innovative software solutions and entrepreneurial effort to develop into a global tech champion, impressed us from the start.
