Allianz Nederland Groep completed the acquisition of Stichting Rabo PGGM PPI.

Allianz Nederland Groep, part of Allianz Group and operates as an integrated financial services provider, completed the acquisition of Stichting Rabo PGGM PPI, a provider of pension solutions, for €10.8m. “This acquisition fits seamlessly into our strategic course, which is also aimed at further growth of our life and pension business. With this acquisition, we make our pension offering more complete," Sjoerd Laarberg, Allianz CEO.
