Egis Group completed the acquisition of CPMS Group.

Egis Group, an international company active in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility service sectors, completed the acquisition of CPMS Group, a project management and consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition brings together two complementary businesses, in terms of professional expertise, ambition and corporate values.
