MassMutual to acquire Blueprint Income.

MassMutual, a Springfield, Massachusetts-based life insurance company, agreed to acquire Blueprint Income, an online annuity marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. "MassMutual is focused on providing a simplified, digital, customer-centric user experience, and Blueprint Income will help accelerate that strategy, ultimately allowing us to reach more people in new ways," Gareth Ross, MassMutual Head of Enterprise Technology and Experience.
