Intesa Sanpaolo Vita to acquire Cargeas insurance from BNP Paribas for €390m.

Intesa Sanpaolo, an Italian international banking group, agreed to acquire Cargeas insurance, a non-life insurance company, from BNP Paribas, the largest French banking group, for €390m. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021, subject to the necessary authorizations by the competent authorities.
