Bencis completed the acquisition of Pe-Pe Parts from MKB Fonds.

Bencis, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Pe-Pe Parts, a B2B e-commerce platform, from MKB Fonds, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Right from the start we had a ‘click’ with Bencis. They understand the dynamics of our business and we are very much looking forward to further develop the company with Bencis," Alexander van der Post, Pe-Pe Parts Manager.
