Bencis Capital completed the acquisition of PePe Parts.

Bencis Capital, a private equity investor, completed the acquisition of PePe Parts, a B2B e-commerce platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Right from the start we had a ‘click’ with Bencis. They understand the dynamics of our business and we are very much looking forward to further develop the company with Bencis," Alexander van der Post, PePe Parts CEO.
