Quintet Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Talent International, a provider of information technology recruitment and consultancy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Quintet Partners engaged BDO to provide transaction and valuation services regarding the acquisition of Talent International.
