Latour Capital completed the acquisition of a 33% stake in Funecap from Charterhouse Capital Partners for $398m.

Private equity firm Latour Capital completed the acquisition of a 33% stake in Funecap, a funeral services and crematoria provider in France, from Charterhouse Capital Partners, one of the longest established private equity firms operating in Europe, for $398m. The management team and Charterhouse will look to provide significant reinvestment alongside Latour. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
