William Blair completed the acquisition of Investment Counselors of Maryland from BrightSphere Investment.

William Blair, a global financial advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Investment Counselors of Maryland, an investment advisor, from BrightSphere Investment, a global, diversified asset management company.
