Sagewind Capital-backed QuantiTech completed the merger with Millennium Engineering and Integration Company.

Sagewind Capital-backed QuantiTech, a provider of highly technical engineering services, completed the merger with Millennium Engineering and Integration Company, which provides world-class systems engineering and integration capability in the space, defense, cyber, intelligence, and aviation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely excited to combine MEI and QuantiTech.
