AURELIUS-backed Conaxess Trade Sweden, a distributor of fast-moving consumer goods to large-scale retail organizations and alternative sales channels, agreed to acquire Movement Group Nordic, a provider of the customized offer in logistics and distribution, from USP Sweden, Tangenta, Petedus, Wiida Performance and FMCG Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
