ARC Resources to acquire Seven Generations for $2.2bn.

ARC Resources, a Canadian oil and gas producer, agreed to acquire Seven Generations, an energy producer, for $2.2bn. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, Seven Generations shareholders will receive 1.108 common shares of ARC for each common share of Seven Generations held. Following the close of the transaction, ARC shareholders will own approximately 49% and Seven Generations shareholders will own approximately 51% of the total shares outstanding. On March 31, 2021, shareholders of Seven Generations and ARC Resources approve deal.
