Legrand completed the acquisition of Champion ONE from Alvarez & Marsal Capital.

Legrand, a French industrial group, completed the acquisition of Champion ONE, a provider of optical networking components and solutions for the telecommunication, content provider, data center, and enterprise markets, from Alvarez & Marsal Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The C1 family of brands complements Legrand’s previous acquisitions to provide strong world-class engineering talent for unrivaled, customized IT infrastructure solutions.
