Ares and LDC-backed Onecom completed the acquisition of Olive Communications from BGF.

Ares Management and LDC-backed Onecom, an independent business telecommunications provider, completed the acquisition of Olive Communications Group, a business communications provider, from BGF Investments, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have seen Olive as healthy competitors for years, and their market reputation for delivering cloud services is unrivalled.
