Guillevin International completed the acquisition of WESCO Datacom business from WESCO International.

Guillevin International, a distributor of industrial products, completed the acquisition of WESCO Datacom business from WESCO International, an industrial conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction is a highly successful outcome for WESCO. We will support our associates as they transition to Guillevin, and we wish them continued success.
