Bain-Capital-backed Centrient Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer of beta-lactam antibiotics, completed the acquisition of Astral SteriTech, an international contract manufacturer specialized in sterile antibiotic powder injectable finished dosage forms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
