Enlightenment Capital, a a private investment firm, completed an investment in Artlin Consulting, a data management and professional services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 2011, Artlin provides data-related and other advisory services to defense and civilian agencies. One of its main clients is the Defense Department’s Washington Headquarters Services office, which is responsible for helping other DOD components handle administrative and management responsibilities.
