Apax Partners and Bpifrance to acquire a majority stake in BTP Consultants.

Apax Partners, a long-term investment company, and Bpifrance, a provider of human resources consulting services, agreed to acquire a majority stake in BTP Consultants, a provider of expert engineering design advice for mechanical, electrical and renewable energy systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are taking an important step in the gradual transfer of the Group to its management.
