American Industrial Partners to acquire the High Pressure Solutions Segment of Ingersoll Rand fro $300m.

American Industrial Partners, an operationally oriented private equity firm, agreed to acquire the High Pressure Solutions Segment of Ingersoll Rand, an American worldwide provider of industrial equipment, technologies and related parts, for $300m.
