Gilde-backed Muon completed the acquisition of LouwersHanique from ATESO.

Gilde-backed Muon, a supplier of high-precision industrial components, completed the acquisition of LouwersHanique, a specialist in the manufacturing of technical glass and ceramic components, from ATESO. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Muon we’re excited that LouwersHanique is joining our platform.
