HLD Europe to acquire Photonis from Ardian for $449m.

HLD Europe, a private industrial investment group, agreed to acquire Photonis, a company in the design and production of image intensification tubes and scientific detection systems, from Ardian, a private investment house, for $449m. "Today, we are proud of the path we have taken and are certain that Photonis has all the assets to succeed in its new phase of development.
