Essex Industries completed the acquisition of Stevens Manufacturing from JH Whitney.

Essex Industries, a supplier to the aerospace & defense industry, completed the acquisition of Stevens Manufacturing, a provider of precision machined parts and complex assemblies for safety critical applications on military rotorcraft, from JH Whitney, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Essex and Stevens Manufacturing share common markets, manufacturing expertise and values. Working together, we will be able to offer a broader range of products and enhanced service for our customers," Evan Waldman, Essex CEO.
