Endeavor completed the acquisition of a remaining stake in the UFC from Silver Lake and KKR for $2.75bn.

Endeavor, a talent agency, completed its acquisition of a remaining stake in the Ultimate Fighting Championship from Silver Lake and KKR for $2.75bn. Endeavor already owns a 50.1% stake in the UFC but has now agreed to purchase the remaining shares in the world’s MMA promotion.
