Silver Lake Partners-backed Cegid completed the acquisition of Artaud Croutheoux & Associes.

Silver Lake Partners-backed Cegid, a provider of cloud business management solutions for finance, completed the acquisition of Artaud Croutheoux & Associes, a publisher of cash management, accounting, financial flows and insurance software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ACA not only has particularly innovative cloud solutions, but it also has teams of experts unanimously recognized in their profession.
