Arcadia SGR, an independent asset management company, completed the acquisition of Starlaks, a company specializing in the production, processing, filleting, smoking and storage of smoked salmon. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Starlaks is a successful company, developed by the founding partners on the basis of the definition of high product quality standards, reinforced by sustainability policies that represent, for Arcadia, one of the main drivers in the analysis of its investments.
