Mohawk Medbuy completed the acquisition of St. Joseph’s Health System Group.

Mohawk Medbuy, a not-for-profit group purchasing organizations, completed the acquisition of St. Joseph’s Health System Group, a non-profit program and system-wide approach to supporting the needs of our three hospitals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a natural next step in the long-standing relationship between our two organizations. It builds on our pharmacy and med/surg base with leading capital and nutritional sourcing programs – and aligns with government objectives of consolidation in public sector sourcing," Tony DiEmanuele, MMC President and CEO.
