Equip Capital to acquire a 60% stake in Miles.

Equip Capital, a Nordic private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Miles, an IT-company based on professional services, bespoke software development and business advisory. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our common ambition is to further develop and strengthen a company that has had great success since 2005. In addition to continuing the good growth within the consulting business, this will also give us the expertise and financial muscle to strengthen the focus on solution deliveries as a service area," Tom Georg Olsen, Miles Group Servant.
