Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Fire Holding, a fire protection company, completed the acquisition of TBS Brandschutzanlagen, a provider of solutions for turnkey fire extinguishing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of TBS Group, Fire Holding GmbH achieves a major milestone in the German fire protection market.
