Nautic Partners completed the acquisition of VC3 from WestView Capital Partners.

Nautic Partners, a Providence, Rhode Island based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of VC3, a provider of managed IT services to local municipalities and commercial customers, from WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “WestView's strategic guidance, financial support and, perhaps most importantly, leadership role in our M&A activities have been instrumental to our growth and development,” Sandy Reeser, VC3 CEO.
