Mill Rock Capital, a growth and operations oriented private investment firm, completed the acquisition of All Packaging Company, a specialty paper packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This combination creates a powerhouse in specialty paperboard packaging that represents a superior value proposition in the marketplace.
