Securitas completed the acquisition of Dansk Brandteknik.

Securitas, a security services, monitoring, consulting and investigation group, completed the acquisition of Dansk Brandteknik, a Danish fire and safety company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to welcome Dansk Brandteknik’s team to Securitas and are looking forward to working together.
