Proofpoint completed the acquisition of InteliSecure for $63m.

Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance company, completed the acquisition of InteliSecure, an innovator in data loss protection managed services, for $63m. “We’ve seen exceptional customer demand for information protection managed services as organizations are continuing to work in a cloud-first, remote-oriented world.
