Partners Group to acquire Resilient Infrastructure Group.

Partners Group, a global private markets firm, agreed to acquire Resilient Infrastructure Group, a water infrastructure platform focused on acquiring, developing, financing, and operating distributed water-related facilities in the US and Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Resilient took a pragmatic approach in identifying the right partner who understood not only the water market opportunity but the underlying need to invest in a sustainable and responsible manner,” Ben Vitale, Resilient CEO.
