Riverside-backed Arrowhead Engineered Products completed the acquisition of TriLink Saw Chain.

Riverside-backed Arrowhead Engineered Products, a distributor of rotating electrical parts and components, completed the acquisition of TriLink Saw Chain, a provider of chainsaw replacement parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds to Arrowhead’s global footprint as the largest aftermarket hard parts supplier in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) marketplace. TriLink has grown to become the largest chain and bar supplier in the retail market in North America over the last 15 years. The combination of Arrowhead’s world class supply chain and sales force along with TriLink’s retail presence will allow accelerated growth for retail sales initiatives while expanding commercial sales with arborists and forestry professionals.
