Uriach, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Sidroga Pharma, a consumer health group specializing in OTC products and medicinal teas, from the Strüngmann family, a German healthcare investor and entrepreneurs with significant holdings in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed.
