Content+Cloud completed the acquisition of Sipcom.

Content+Cloud, a company offering IT support, cloud services, ERP software implementation, technology transformation and change projects, strategic consulting, and data analytics, completed the acquisition of Sipcom, a provider of cloud technology solutions for businesses to communicate faster & smarter. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sipcom has always punched above its weight as a business.
