KB Associates to acquire EFG Fund Management.

KB Associates, a company that specializes in the provision of management company, governance and compliance services, agreed to acquire EFG Fund Management, a Luxembourg-based management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The opportunity to acquire EFG’s ManCo in Luxembourg allows us to deepen our relationship with EFG, by servicing their funds in Luxembourg, while simultaneously providing us with a management company capability in a jurisdiction that is important to many of our existing clients," Mike Kirby, KBA Managing Principal.
