Virya Energy completed the acquisition of Eurowatt.

Virya Energy, a holding company active in the development, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy sources, completed the acquisition of Eurowatt, a company predominantly active in French onshore wind energy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Earlier this year, the minority shareholders expressed their intent to sell their participation and Virya Energy indicated its willingness to increase its shareholding to 100%, underpinning its support and belief in the further growth of Eurowatt.
