TA Associates completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fairstone Group from Synova.

TA Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Fairstone Group, a diversified financial services provider, from Synova, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I’ve been with Fairstone for almost 10 years and have seen first-hand the development of the business in that time – it has been truly impressive.
