BlackBern Partners-backed Value Foodservice completed the acquisition of 50 KFC restaurants.

BlackBern Partners-backed Value Foodservice, a firm created to own, operate and acquire stores in the quick-service restaurant industry, completed the acquisition of 50 KFC restaurants.
