BentallGreenOak to acquire Metropolitan Real Estate from The Carlyle Group.

BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment management advisor and a globally-recognized provider of real estate services, agreed to acquire Metropolitan Real Estate, a real estate investment firm, from The Carlyle Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our shared focus on investment performance, entrepreneurial mindset, and the complementary nature of our businesses makes BentallGreenOak both a strong strategic and cultural fit for the Metropolitan team.
