Shell to acquire Next Kraftwerke.

Royal Dutch Shell agreed to acquire Next Kraftwerke, a virtual power plant firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will only be able to successfully shape this transformation if the players in the traditional energy industry actively drive it.
