OLX Group completed the acquisition of Obido.

OLX Group, a global online marketplace, completed the acquisition of Obido, an innovative real estate platform connecting housing developers and clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Obido is part of our strategic development plans for the primary market, which is responsible for 45% of the value of the residential market in Poland. Thanks to the transaction, we will gain specialization in the segment of new apartments and houses. The requirements of developers' clients and the developers themselves are very high and varied. Obido will be the perfect answer to this challenge,” Monika Rudnicka, OLX Group General Manager Real Estate Europe.
