Mondiale to merge with VISA Global Logistics.

Mondiale Freight Services, a freight company, agreed to merge with VISA Global Logistics, a freight forwarding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merged company will have a combined annual revenue of $911m, with operations across Australia, New Zealand, North Asia, South East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent and Europe. Both companies have made significant investments in wharf transport in New Zealand and Australia and offers a total end to end supply chain solution in these two countries. “The Mondiale and VISA teams have very close synergies and are an excellent fit in the merged company,” John Sargent, Mondiale Director and Shareholder.
